Energy patterns are magnified by the numbers involved to become collective consciousness with recognisable characteristics and identity e.g. social, religious, cultural, national, all of which are constantly changing and evolving.  It is the overall collective consciousness which demonstrates the soul evolution of humanity, the residual karma still being outplayed on the planetary stage.  With spiritual discernment we begin to see and accept personal responsibility for the collective karma incurred over many lives.  At such time our only wish is to repair the debt as we cease blaming or judging others.


Soul Contracts

Prior to birth the soul chooses its soul mates, we choose parents, partners, children and all who are to play a significant part in our lives.  Soul contracts are defined by mutual agreement and the guidance of highly evolved guides and Masters in the light.  Such agreements are subject to free will and can be changed or even cancelled at the physical level where perception may be very different.


A ‘soul mate’ connection may be recognised by an intense attraction or longing or even by aversion and irritation.  Where there is karma to balance the souls are drawn together by magnetic attraction, the energy will force a decision as to how to proceed.  There are many ways for karma to be balanced but always it must be by mutual free choice, where no agreement is possible and there is loss of respect further karma is incurred.  This is a time where consideration must be given to separate, those involved will inevitably be drawn together once more in another time and place to play out the drama again, perhaps in differing roles but always with the same objective of harmony.

THE CHALLENGE OF CHANGE

Right relationship is always based in mutual respect


In order to become strong our weaknesses must be challenged and our resolve tested.

The choice of how we respond always rests with us.


When faced with disharmony, conflict or hostility we can choose whether to recognise it and disengage our energy and attention or to connect and become part of it.


Unless we can identify negative and positive energy we will continue to be the slave of our own responses.



HOW TO RESPOND TO CONFLICT AND DISORDER


Whenever we respond negatively by thought, word or action we are creating conflict for ourselves and others.  We may show our negativity outwardly or hide it inside, both responses wound ourselves and others.  It may be even more hurtful to others to respond in a seemingly passive manner such as avoiding talking or even sulking because this is an attempt to make us appear to be the one who is least hostile when in fact the hostility is simmering beneath the surface, this is a cowardly attempt to gain control.


In either case our energy, which is the actual life force of the body becomes displaced in a downward spiral, flow is limited and eventually becomes blocked or locked in the energy centres.  The effect is a drained feeling because this is what is actually occurring, we are draining our energy resources.  This will be felt in the body in a number of ways, knots or butterflies in the stomach, nausea, dizziness, headache, panic attacks, tightness in the throat and general tiredness.


We do not associate the drop of energy with dis/ease, which is simply the outward physical expression of our inner chaos and so we become ill or emotionally or mentally imbalanced if we choose to continue.  It is a fallacy that we can release negative emotion by shouting, screaming, punching, we will simply exhaust ourselves and serve no useful purpose.


Positive Response

As we come to understand that we have no control at all over the actions of others we realise that we always have total control over our response to those actions.


To be effective in the face of disharmony or conflict we must first be able to recognise it at its source, then choose not to engage with it.


This does not imply passivity but true MASTERY.


We may be required to uphold our principles and standards but this is best done by example.

HOW TO IDENTIFY NEGATIVE RESPONSE


  1. Do I feel calm and centred?

The aim of the soul is to evolve, it does this by releasing past patterns of behaviour and belief which no longer serve its journey.  Experiences gained through successive lives provide opportunities for growth and understanding.  A crucial part of this understanding is to honour the divine masculine and the divine feminine each in their respective roles.  Souls incarnate as both male and female in order to achieve this end, eventually to aspire to the perfected role in both genders.  Where there is disharmony with the opposite sex harmony must in time be achieved.


Because karma is created through relationship it must be transmuted through relationship, this is the means by which the soul is refined.  Souls therefore travel together through time incarnating repeatedly in an attempt to achieve harmony.
